​Wilson's Toys is a family-run toy wholesale company based in the heart of the Midlands. We have been trading for over 30 years and have built up an invaluable amount of experience, knowledge, contacts, suppliers and a loyal UK customer base. In 2008 we launched our online shop, to create a simpler and more convenient way for our customers to purchase our products.

Our loyal UK customer base includes schools, charities, retail shops, market stalls, eBayers, party planners and individuals.

Our Aims

To bridge the gap between large UK toy importers and independently owned retail outlets/individual customers.

Most importers/large toy wholesale companies have a large minimum order amount. They set it at this value so that they only deal with trade customers on a regular/larger scale.

We have had retail outlets for over 30 years, so we understand the issues that the current independent retail market is facing and has been dealing with the recent economic climate. Independent/individual customers aren't always able to spend such an amount in one go, so with this in mind, we have NO MINIMUM ORDER value. We also offer a free shipping option for any orders over £50, whereas other wholesalers will charge you shipping up a minimum of £150 spent. Furthermore our delivery service is different from other wholesalers, we offer a NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE at NO EXTRA COST!

Unlike many larger companies, we feel that it is important to have that personal touch with our customers. We are passionate about customer service;therefore we feel it is important to build up a personal relationship with our customers, so that you feel comfortable calling us with any issues or enquiries you may have.

For instance, you could simply call us, explain what type of retail outlet you have, give us a budget and we will do the rest for you i.e. select our best selling most relevant products for you, put together an order and can deliver next day (where possible), keeping in touch with you every step of the way.

We feel that this is an important service. We have always prided ourselves ongoing the extra mile to help our customers out, no matter what the problem is. Alternatively, if you don't have the time to give us a call then we have a superb email support service in place, where we guarantee a response within an hour (where possible).

Although we are not a large corporate company, we take our social responsibility very seriously and are always looking for ways to improve.

We use cardboards for most packaging purposes, which we feel is the best way to ensure your order gets to you in good condition. Over the last couple of years we have tried to eliminate excess packaging, furthermore, we always reuse packaging that is sent to us from our suppliers. Any packaging that is surplus to our current requirements is recycled. We regularly use a local recycling scheme. Wherever practical, our products are made from recycled plastic and wooden toys are made from fast growing softwoods rather than precious hardwood.

It is our policy to ensure that not only do our products comply with all relevant standards, and they are fit for purpose but we can also demonstrate this fact.

Our suppliers are all audited and accredited members of Equitoy and ToyCred, this means that robust systems are in place to ensure compliance throughout the supply chain, we can demonstrate due diligence therefore our customers can buy with confidence.
